We have a Shoparound trip which takes place Every Thursday. A small bus will take you on an organised outing to Buxton, Ashton, Hyde or Macclesfield, places must be booked in advance.

We also have a Market Shopper which, one Friday each month will take you on an organised outing to a local Market such as, Chesterfield or Glossop. Places must be booked in advance

New Mills Volunteer Centre always welcomes new volunteers or requests for our services.

Our volunteers undertake a wide variety of activities, such as driving housebound people to appointments, shopping, befriending, working with groups, and gardening and DIY.

Volunteers also assist in the Centre office, on reception, in Committee work and through fundraising.
