A Lasting Legacy

A donation in memory of a special loved one can also help support your local community

How can you help?

By giving a donation regularly you will be supporting the work of the Volunteer Centre for older people living in the local community. Money given is used to support the Volunteer Centre and the many services we offer. This donation could be a lasting memorial to a relative or friend.

Who knows if in the future a relative or friend may benefit from the services we offer? You may wish to leave a legacy in your Will in favour of the Volunteer Centre. By doing this, you will continue to support the Volunteer Centre in the coming years and such a kind gift will help to ensure we can continue to help people of New Mills and District.

Gift Aid it

By using Gift Aid, your kind donations can be worth even more. For every 1 you donate to the centre, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue!

If you think you may be able to help and make a donation no matter how big or small we would be extremely grateful. Leaving a lasting legacy is not only a good deed but a special gift. By making a donation you know that in your heart and mind you are helping your friends, family and community now and in the future!

If you would like any more information you can contact us by telephone on 01663 744196. Or, why not pop into the Volunteer Centre for a chat?

Leaflets to complete your donation are available from the Volunteer Centre

Many thanks for your support!

New Mills Volunteer Centre always welcomes new volunteers or requests for our services.

Our volunteers undertake a wide variety of activities, such as driving housebound people to appointments, shopping, befriending, working with groups, and gardening and DIY.

Volunteers also assist in the Centre office, on reception, in Committee work and through fundraising.
